What is YourFSBOPage.com?

YourFSBOPage.com is a way for you to really market your For Sale By Owner home. Typical sites that feature homes for sale only allow 1 image and some text. We allow up to 50 images of your property as well as multiple pages of information including an interactive map with directions, features, and school information. What is the process?

Once you sign up for YourFSBOpage.com, you will pay securely via PayPal. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to a word document for you to fill out. The word document contains all the information we need to create your personal website. You will then return the word document to us along with the requested photographs. Once we have received this document, your site will be live within 3 business days.

Why should I choose YourFSBOpage.com?

YourFSBOpage.com is a unique service that allows you to have a personal, ad free, webpage about your home for sale. You are able to choose your own domain name and advertise the web address however you choose. YourFSBOpage.com also has no monthly fees and will keep your site up for a full year! Prospective home buyers will have the freedom to view your house at their convenience and in turn, you will obtain more qualified leads.

Can I choose the domain name for my website?

Yes, of course! If the domain name you want is available, we will take care of buying it and setting everything up.

How many different Styles do I have to choose from?

Currently, we have 48 variations of 5 templates to choose from. We feel that no matter what your style is, you will find one that meets your needs. See our Sample Sites page to view them.

What if I already own the domain name that I want to use?

This is not a problem. We will instruct you on what changes need to be made to make it point to our server. If you would like, we are more than happy to make the changes for you.

How long will my site stay online?

Your website will be live for 1 year from the date it is launched unless you specifically ask us to take it down. For instance, when you sell your house, you may want to turn off your site so that people stop contacting you.

How long will it take for my site to be live?

Depending on your method of payment and when we receive the necessary information to build the site, we will have your site live within 3 business days.

How do people find my website?

Your website will have its own unique domain name based on your address (1234main.com). You can advertise your webpage however you choose such as: flyers, newspaper ads, yard signs, etc.

What if I want to make a change to my website?

We will gladly make changes to your existing site as needed within reason.

Can I add a page that is not shown on your demo site?

Use the Contact Us page to inquire about this.  We may like the new page idea so much that we add it to our default offering.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Most transactions will be processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards and checking accounts. If you wish to pay by check, please let us know.
